Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan through our courier partners.

Delivery time

Orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 working days of payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days, and a little longer for remote areas.

Delivery charges

Charges are calculated at checkout based on your city and province, and are shown before you confirm your order. Free delivery applies above the threshold shown on the checkout page.

Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched you can follow it from My Orders in your account, where every stage from Order Placed to Delivered is timestamped.

Failed deliveries

If the courier cannot reach you after repeated attempts the parcel is returned to us. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct.
