By placing an order on Ezel Collection you agree to the terms below.

Orders

An order is a request to purchase. It becomes a binding contract once we confirm it. We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or payment cannot be verified.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include the price of the goods only. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you confirm.

Product images

We photograph our products as accurately as we can. Slight colour variation between screens and fabric is normal and is not a defect.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Please tell us at once if you believe someone else has used your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
