Payment Verification Policy

Why we verify

For EasyPaisa, JazzCash and UBL bank transfers, payment reaches us outside this website. Our team therefore checks each payment against our account records before confirming an order.

What you need to submit

• The Transaction / Reference ID given by EasyPaisa, JazzCash or the bank
• The date you paid and the exact amount
• A clear screenshot or photograph of the receipt (JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF, up to 5 MB)

How long it takes

Receipts are normally reviewed within one working day. Your order shows Pending Verification until then.

If your receipt is approved

Your order moves to Payment Confirmed and we begin preparing your parcel. You will see the confirmation in your account.

If your receipt is rejected

We will show you the reason — most often an unreadable image, a mismatched amount, or a Transaction ID we cannot trace. You can upload a corrected receipt straight away from your order page.

Installment receipts

Each installment payment is verified the same way, and each one has its own receipt upload on the My Installments page.
